1. Installed, get a message saying the app requires my location to 'find' my controller. Why exactly? Razer doesn't need my GPS data to 'find' anything. My raiju uses bluetooth or a physical connection. 2. Attempt to review terms of service to see if maybe there is a better explanation for why location service is needed by the app.. TOS pops up and a split second later goes to full black screen. Unreadable. 3. Uninstalled.

The controller itself is great feels great to hold buttons are all awesome. But this app could be so much more. This app should have the same key mapping feature that the Razer gamepad app does. I feel ripped off. And I don't understand why I can't select this app for pop-up panel in the Samsung gaming app. Would be really nice to change controller profiles with out having to leave a game.

Terrible key mapping. I understand if games are not consistent with key mapping since games are touch screen based, but you cant exercise your controller effectively when you can map only a few keys. This app almost defeats the purpose of the controller. I know other Razer products are easier to map than this. Why is this so different?

does everything needed, an automatic profile changer would be awesome, say you launch fortnite and you have fortnite controls setup, then you switch to a racing game like asphalt and it automatically switches to the asphalt profile you setup. and when not in a game it goes to the default profile. that would get five stars

everytime I try to connect it via Bluetooth to the app the app crashes on my Galaxy note 9 so I can only plug it in with USB that it came with but then I can't charge my phone and playing fortnite is already battery drain adding a freaking paddle stealing from your battery and it gives you like maybe 20 minutes or freaking gameplay please fix the app that's ridiculous that $140 paddle won't connect to its app
