Why do I have to turn on location every time to use this app when it only does the following 3 things: Let you switch EQ presets, let you adjust the auto-shutoff timer, and let you toggle auto-pause when you move the left earpiece. Also, it often fails to connect to my headphones on the first attempt, and updating the firmware on first use was finnicky.

I love the headphones so far, but the app is... underdeveloped. I would like to see customizable eq profiles, and these headphones REALLLY need a software update to add a "transparency/ambient mode", not just a mute toggle

Pairing mode has failed between phone and Opus headset. Had to cancel 2x after pairing wait for 3 mins, and 2 respectively. Feedback sent within app too. 13Jan21, 4.10pm It's such a basic function/feature. Rofl. Update 19Jan21: The BT/location pairing between headset and mobile app is unreliable, fails more often than success. 2ndly. Auto shutoff timer function accessible via said app. After selection, why is the new settings not applied to Opus headphones permanently. Pls explain and resolve

Firmware update won't install. Was "installing" for 1 hour before the headphones turned off, and the app kept "installing" as if nothing happened. App itself: basic but works well. Edit: restarting both phone & headphones made it work. 😊 All good, just wishing for customisable EQ.

its a really good app however it doesn't run very well in Samsung Dex. i wish for the app to be able to run better in dex mode ( currently the issues in dex mode are: no seamless switching between windowed mode and full screen, and it doesn't run properly in windowed mode and the elements don't rescale). everything else is perfect.
