When I first installed this there were a few things I didn't like, such as the connection is funky, and that I couldn't control volume using touch to the product (I have the true wireless hammerhead pros) and the fact that It didn't have a built in equalizer, but they added both the option to control volume and an equalizer, the app is great, only issue is sometimes I have to tell it to pair twice because the first doesn't work. But it's such a small problem that I'll still give 5 stars

Can't connect my Razer Hammerhead Wireless earbuds anymore since they changed the app. Only connected once. Tried deleting cache, data and reinstalling the app, turning the earbuds on and off again a bunch of times, nothing works. Because of this the earbuds sound horrible and keep getting interruptions when listening to music. Now they're unusable because of a software issue, what a joke.

Connects to the app less than half of the time, and has always had disconnection issues. Razer, gotta hand it to you guys, you really know how to make premium garbage

It keeps telling me to Download and install an updated firmware for my Razer Opus, despite me having did it already. It would just redo the whole process after the whole upload and install, now I'm not even sure whether it has been implemented properly or not.

Why do you need GPS for freaking bluetooth ear buds? You do NOT need to know where I am to update the firmware. You do NOT need to know where to accept a Bluetooth audio signal. Please fix your app.

Only just downloaded and this app is amazing, they've revamped the design and streamlined all the separate apps into one, like before if you had 2 different pairs of Razar audio devices you'd have to download separate apps for them, now you don't have to. Also the animations look really cool 😎👌
