Using BlueStacks

You must have a Rand McNally Vehicle Link ELD to use this app.

The Rand VL app works with Rand McNally’s Vehicle Link electronic logging device (ELD). In order to use this application you must have a Vehicle Link ELD from Rand McNally, a Fleet Portal account, and a mobile device with a connection to the Internet.

The Vehicle Link ELD plugs into your truck's 9-PIN diagnostics port and connects Hours of Service information wirelessly to the Rand VL app. HOS logs are available on the Rand VL app and via the Rand McNally Fleet Portal.

With the Rand VL app, the Vehicle Link ELD, and a service plan, drivers and fleets can:
- Track and view On Duty, Driving, Off Duty and Sleeper Berth duty status time
- Accurately record Driving & On Duty time by letting the system automatically switch between duty statuses
- Complete Vehicle Inspection Reports & Trip Sheets electronically
- Receive notifications of potential HOS violations with on-screen alerts
- Send logs electronically during an inspection
- Access the Rand McNally Fleet Portal to view log history, and access safety and performance reporting
- Reduce paperwork and help lower administration costs
- Streamline overall fleet operations
