This is an essential app, it saves the mechanical button from wear&tear. Honest freeware, requires no dubious permissions. Works at least with Android vertionx from 5 to 9. Does not consume battery power. I just paid for the donate version.

This app locks device as a device admin. This is the reason why we can't use fingerprint to unlock our device. Reason's quite simple and the app is too good.
