Using BlueStacks

I've had this device just under a year now, and I couldn't be more pleased. I added on to my '16 Veloster Turbo.. It's PHENOMENAL. I spent a lot of time researching different piggyback systems. At the time, the Veloster Turbo wasn't developed. After a few months going back and forth with their customer service through email. I felt like I was being a pain honestly. Even though they're in Germany, the delivery was like 4 days. Best part, they're able to make adjustments with just a simple update

Can't connect to device which I paid extra €50 for this feature! I've GTS model with app control feature on my W205 Mercedes and I can't connect even once to this device on more than 10 different phones (Samsung S9+ on Android 8.0, Note5 on 7.0 & 6.0.1, S7edge on 8.0, S5 on 6.0.1, S3 on 4.3 and iPhone6 on iOS 12.1.2, iPad mini2 on iOS 10 etc). App needs immediate update if that's the issue or replace my device if there is a problem on its bluetooth function.I need a solution after paying €550!!!

App kept crashing when connecting to Bluetooth. Currently using Huawei mate 20 Pro. Downgraded to older version and now still working. Not recommended to upgrade to version 2.5 until racechip released the correct fix. It is super annoying when you thought newer mean better

NEED WIDGET PLEASE - Why racechip doesn't make the same app with the fine tune options for the "older" devices... I paid a lot for my gts black and can't get the same functionality??? Does functionality on the RaceChip+ app have nothing to do with Bluetooth chip version. Please We want the same functionality on both app!

Connected to device once, worked for a while but there after unable to connect and never worked. Don't waste the extra money on the bluetooth feature. The company is not proactive in solving issues.

No support for latest android. Works on my 4 year old phone but not on my current phone LG V30. Not happy. Paid extra for something currently useless...
