When I did an upgrade on the phone, I couldn't even sign in to remedy certain websites I don't want my.child to access. I went to the desktop, and it says the phone needs to be connected to the account. I am not able to connect it to the account without the correct password but I cannot change the password. Tried accessing customer support and not able to. They don't force safe search with duckduckgo but other filtering services do.

I paid for the premium plan. The app was helpful on the computers but not the phone. My kids found a way to open up the blocked apps through a multi window function on their android, rendering any controls from quostodio useless. Multiple feedback were written. Helpdesk response was slow and standard replies were always for me to uninstall and reinstall the app again. Didn't feel the sincerity in resolving the bug in the program. Same problem still existed after half a year! Won't recommend.

Randomly glitches and stops functioning properly. When you try to uninstall it, it keeps opening tabs to prevent you. It also blocks things that you didn't block and is very slow to respond when changes are made. Also reduces your speed by approximately 40%. Would not recommend this app, there are better ways to keep your children safe.

Honestly, I feel kind of bad for these guys getting bombed by bad reviews. As annoying as it is, It's an app that does exactly what it's supposed to, however I am annoyed by a couple things. A. The button on the bottom right is kind of annoying and ends up being accidentally tapped a lot. B. I have no idea why picture in picture wouldn't be allowed. C. It's a minor annoyance but being unable to move the app icon is annoying. Overall, good app though

Buggy; Left a bunch of popups on the screen far longer than usual, is actually more annoying than you think it is. Edit: It causes the phone to lag (very noticeably, might I add).

I actually really like this app. Most of the negative reviews are from mad kids so you know ut works! I did have issues with it disconnect on 1 childs phone. However that phine sucked in general. I love that I can do a daily timmer and app timer. As for the kids complaining about running out of time during homework all they have to dois ASK their parent to extend the time from our phones (can be extended for the whole day) but most are probably using that time to play games/ internet instead
