Google play says this works with all my devices, i paid installed , setup admin rights and it has never worked since that time. I have tried everything but it just pops up the "unfortunately app has stopped working report or OK.

It was a good app until my battery ran out I charge my phone turn my phone back on wouldn't allow me back into my phone. I had to do a hard reset and lost everything on my phone. (Uninstalled)
