Does not respond to anything on time except volume. You keep waiting for the TV to respond and clicking on the arrow and when it respond, it scrolls up or down 10 or 20 times, this keeps going for long time. Install only if you have A LOT of patience.

So far everything is working fine. Ads were super annoying so I gave in and bought the premium features. Honestly it's worth the money. I don't like the fact the app is heavy on my battery, needs better optimization. Other than that 4/5.

Bbc iplayer doesn't work with it, so you have to have your actual remote with you anyway... In which case, what is the point. Also I bought this so that I could use voice commands, but that function is now in an obvious place (if it exists at all). Either way, I can't find it, which is poor design. Personally, I feel scammed out of £8.49.

Update: the remote is working now after the Update I reinstalled it and it's great now. If you use a VPN you need to shut it off to find your tv during the initial scan and again anytime you reinstall the app. If app doesn't work periodically uninstall it clear the cache shut off VPN reinstall app follow prompts then turn VPN back on. The free version does enough to control my smart tv just fine

Connects to TV fairly easily, but after that the power button does not work either ON or OFF. So why do I need this app if I still need OEM remote? Paid for premium version, that's $10 I'll probably not get back! Should have read that reviews 1st not after having these issues. Terrible app DO NOT BUY!

So I bought this on my iPhone. Switched to android and tried to restore it a million times through the app, but it never lets me. I have also emailed them 11 days ago with no response, not even an automated return email or anything. I would have given zero stars if allowed.
