It seriously needs a update, me and my family are out on the road most of the time and we placed cameras to keep an eye on the house. But all of sudden we can't see our cameras on the app and the camera that focuses on the driveway is getting a lot more motions and it's stressing us out because it could be people breaking in or walking around on Private Property, please fix your app.

After about 8-9 years of using "qsee qt view" APP (with many updates), it's sporadic at best. sometimes it will stop working for days/weeks. i don't think it's operator error. the 8 qsee analog cams have held up very well for 10+yrs. Replaced one this year. no reason to upgrade don't want to lay new cable. good night vision-wish they didn't attract bugs (spider webs). maybe someday.

Very user friendly app, and professional at the same time, my customers find it very easy to use and monitoring their cameras just become fun using this app A+... but just recently we noticed a lack of connection especially when I have many clients to monitor as an admin.... but when reboot the phone problem fixed, only happens on 3G and 4G network though, when on Wi-Fi always works and no such issue...

This app used to work just fine for me. Now 90% of the time says my system is off line which is false. I have verified by checking the main unit at the house. What good is this app and camera system if it always says off line not allowing the property to be monitored. Maybe time to start shopping around...

08/2020 Doesn't work at all now after several re-installs. Average quality hardware, garabge app. As long as you don't want to see remotely this is a "great" system. 1/2020 App is still terrible. Works around 40% of the time. Doesn't matter what I cell signal is or if I am on WIFI. It now will not display a single channel on screen but will display if I have a mutiple channel screen selected .

I've used this system for many years now and It just cuts out after a few minutes of off site viewing, just freezes up. You have to quit the app and log back in and then you'll have about 3 more minutes of monitoring time before having to do it again...It's not the worst but there's lots of room for improvement...Just downloaded the latest update and maybe we'll get that much needed improvement...We'll see.
