Useless app which does not work

This was a waste. I downloaded it and then took it off. What a waste, what is it supposed to do for you it does nothing. Why create an app that has no purpose. I know apps are in now but create one with a purpose so people might use it.

Town of North Hempstead residents and visitors can now use the My North Hempstead APP to notify the Town about potholes, broken sidewalks and a host of other issues. My North Hempstead APP lets residents look up trash and recycle schedules, add those dates to their smart phone calendar, look up recycle and solid waste information and provides a host of other information free to the residents of North Hempstead.

Fixed an issue where the menu image was the wrong aspect ratio on some devices.
Fixed an issue where video/audio playback continued even after the screen was turned off on some devices.
Fixed an issue where sub-menu items were difficult to read on a dark background.
