Very bad UX (I can say as a UI-UX oriented developer). Booked 2 visits for my 2 children - the list of visits doesn't have any information about which one is for who. Needed to cancel one - ended up by eventually canceling both, without an option to restore (within minutes). The app explicitly marks dates as "available", but there are no available time slots at these days. So how they are different from the hidden (unavailable) dates?! Every time I use it - is a frustration.

I needed to reschedule, but didnt had the link. I cant delete the date, since it is too late, and cant reschedule, since I didnt delete the date. Why would the system tell you that at the begining of the service you chose? It would be too easy... Repeated bug for months: when you get to a date to schedule, some have no time slots to schedule. The website is pretty much the same garbage. Endless frustration, since there is no alternative to get gov.il services.

Useless app. Once choosing the service required you can't choose a date in the app, the default date is the current date and you can't choose another. Scrolling through the months there are no appointments available in the foreseeable future (2 years ahead, and that's because I stopped scrolling onwards). This is a miserable app, faulty, not reliable and a perfect window for all you need to know about getting public services in Israel.

I am studying Hebrew, but don't read well, so I chose English. Unfortunately, everything is still in Hebrew. Worthless. Uninstalled immediately.

Horror show. The irony is this garbage is the _only_ way to schedule an appointment with MFA. It fails at the only thing it was meant to do. I literally was not able to get an appointment.

Terrible app. Keeps getting stuck/not loading! Also there is no appointments - not the apps fault, I get that - but everytime I quickly want to check if there was a cancellation I need to input ID and phone again in order to see which is super annoying. Let me add the details when booking the slot or presave them!
