Absolutely horrible app. Whenever I try to favorite a room, an error message shows up. It is extremely unclear to see anything you're doing and the only thing that actually works relatively ok is the messaging ability. I can not believe I pay €34 euros per month to use an app of such a terrible quality. This is the worst app I've ever seen. Please update asap. This is unbelievable.

I am a host and quite often the app is not responsive. I cannot write back to potential clients which is the whole point of this. Their help officer simply denied the problem. At this point I have more succes via Facebook. But in the past this site has helped me. I feel sorry for the insecure tenants paying these kind of sites, and once they did they are left out in the cold.

Not only the app, Kamernet in general was absolute disappointing. First, the fee you must pay to register is more expensive than any other serious rentals website, and it didn't work at all. Second, the rental offers are outdated, the owners do not respond on time and it seems not to be entirely serious. Third, if respond, sometimes they redirect you to another external website (from some other company). Therefore, the payment of a fee makes no sense.

I had already taken down my premium subscription and was still told to pay for an extra month eventhough I wasn't even using it. They also told me i had to pay extra €10 because I was "too late" with the payment which means i have to pay €44 in total. This whole system is terrible and I hope they fix it. Although I would suggest that you use different apps when looking for rooms.

I realise that this app might help people to find an accomodation. The fact is that is not easy to find one in the Netherlands. There are some feedbacks from me. 1) Sometime, the notification in apss doesnt work properly. I sometimes dont get notifications about new offers. 2) 34 Euro for one month is not that fair. Why? I tried the other agencies that they for about 30 Euro give more than one month. Although, they dont guarantee that the consumers would get an accomodation or not. 3) It takes time for activating your premium account after paying. 4) Kamernet staffs should inspect the adverts to prevent scammers.

Lots of scam, fake ads, obligatory payment to be able to react on ad and in the end you hardly ever get a response. Every time I turn off all notifications, kamernet app turn them on again and send me hundreds of e-mail and notifications which is super annoying. I do not recommend it to anyone. It's just a waste of money.
