Bought this doorbell a few years ago, just got internet. & the app keeps telling me there's an issue with network, and I'm simply trying to set it up.

The piece of garbage had become more frustrating than I thought possible. It's stopped uploading videos of visitors. The best it can do is "ding dong" when someone presses the button. The issue is definitely a Digoo problem, like they've stopped supporting upload to the cloud. So, yep, this device is atrocious and Digoo techs are a bunch of asswholes.

****Update***** 2/10/19 So this app was never the best but it worked.... until now and I think I know why. It seems like this app relies on authors network to push notifications threw but why isn't it working now??? Well I work in import business and this week is Chinese New Year and in mainland China the least people have off is 1 week. Factories shut down for 2 weeks to sometimes a month. So im thinking this app will be fixed all issues resolved soon....I hope anyway

A very useless doorbell (DOGOO SB-XYA), an equally horrible app to match as well as a non functional customer service. I got my password mixed up after a change of phone. I was supposed to send a my email address to their customer service for reset a code to be sent to me. I have been waiting for a week and still no response. The only thing to do is to dump the doorbell and buy a more reliable one. This app is not even deserving of one star. I just had to give it.

Worked for a month has now logged me out of the app saying no network. I paid a tidy little sum for this doorbell so if digoo could give me a response as to why this is happening, or fix the issue then I'd be grateful. I will be sending mine back for a full refund and buy something that works. I must say I'm very disappointed with this product as I do have a couple digoo cameras that works well

could be better. first off you must charge this device when you get it. you will have connection problems if you don't. It temporarily uses Bluetooth (which makes setup easy) during the setup to acquire the device ID. So make sure Bt and wifi are on. It will immediately want to update so be sure your close to router to avoid issues during that time. Image quality is good but frame rate is low. 2-3 frames per second. Live view has no option to record manually. No inside bell.
