Update - after remapping the entire house all the tools and options returned in the app. It would be nice to get a warning that an update would automatically occur requiring mapping to reset. The app for my 360 S5 has been fantastic until today. I couldn't sign in and when I finally used my phone number to sign in, all my maps are gone. I no longer have the ability to create zones or do any kind of mapping. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still no map access. Very frustrating.

The robot and app are fine when they work but more often then not they don't. I couldn't log in for over 3 days because it would refuse to recognize my password, send me a verification code, or email. The app just refused to connect to the internet to log me in. The app rarely recognizes the vaccume and if the app doesn't recognize the vaccume you can't do anything that wasn't already preprogrammed. I strongly regret this vaccume and app.

I have been using S6 robot cleaner for about a month now. The product is very good and it has been working fine. The user manual can be improved to include more details such as map will come up after using it full house cleaning for few times and how to select specific area to clean. Also when we save the map with specific area and use the map, the app says map applied, but it starts cleaning the whole house. The app user interface can be improved. Otherwise the product is good value for money

I'm facing issue with app login. It keeps displaying the error "network error transmission timeout" even though I have a stable network connection. I've tried switching to other networks and also reinstalled the app but it's still displaying the same issue.

Robot works great when we can use it. We recently had an update and everything was lost all our maps etc. Now we have not been able to get into the app for weeks with a server time out response. For the amount of money you pay for this vacum the type of service you reactive does not match. Pretty much waisted hundreds of dollars on a robot that look spretty in my corner.

Great robot. Had reduced jhadu pocha task to 5-10 mins of my day. No dependence on bai. Overall most cost effective than a maid in India. Plus get it to clean whenever you want, no matter how many times. I m very happy. App is easy to use and with good UX
