It used to be working fine, but now I can't even login to the app for few months already. Pressed the forgot password button to reset password through email, but I didn't receive any email at all!

It's working, been using it for the last few months. Better than scratching coupons while figuring out the time and date manually (and more greener of course😉). I would like to suggest adding extend button like tngoewallet parking, easier navigation. And developer can add share button for easier app sharing. There's an option for checking compound status. Hopefully there's more option to add credit other than fpx. And hopefully citizen can benefit with consistent enforcement.

Today I have my balance turned to Rm0.00. Tried to log out and re-log in but not able to login back to my account. The apps seems not working to proceed next. Attempt many times still failed. Uninstall and reinstall the apps, but still cannot not login still. The apps is still.not able to proceed next. Called the help line 05-2494970 and 2410563, but no one answer.

I've forgot how many times this apps crashed... Uninstalled and reinstalled, still can't login, my balance become rm0, can't do anything with it for the whole day, forced to buy parking coupons. Beg your pardon but this is the worst apps in this planet! To the developers, you guys are getting paid, so please do some work.

I remember I have around RM26 into my account. And suddenly became RM0.00. I try to contact them, but nobody answer me. I'm quite sad due to this issue, I need to scratch coupon again. People created this Apps just easy for us to use.

Last time install-register cannot. Dis time re install n try again. Said my ic already register. So put email to recover password but din even email me. Habis la, my ic cannot re-register n no password. Coupon lot of place no sell. Better just saman everyone la. Geram betul.
