Do NOT use Pyür - change your Internet provider. These guys are charlatans. Our Internet has stopped working so many times. And when they send a technician out, it always takes over a week. Our Internet hasn't worked properly since 1st February, and they still haven't fixed it! And during a pandemic, when it's vital for work, study, etc.

No English translation Useless

The app sucks. In 2020 still no English translation, like if we were in the 90s and German businesses do not hire foreigners and use English language in office as main language. It could be avoidable if at least the app would allow to highlight text for a copy/paste translation, but the UX designer and the Dev were drunk and have disabled this function, brilliant.

app is supposed to have support feature (according to pyurs website). well, it doesn't. so if it looking for help cause your internet isn't working (again!) don't bother to install it!
