Absolutely hate this site, slow, clunky and a buggy app not fit for purpose. Don't even bother trying to play using an android phone, you'll end up throwing it against the wall. I agree with the others who gave bad reviews regarding PS's unrealistic random hands, the amount of bad beats are off the scale. I've played on a few sites and this is by far the worst. My advice is, just use play money, after you lose your 15000 chips, you've 4 hours to calm down.

Stars used to be one of the best poker sites around, but it seems, that their policy now is to clutter the lobby and playing experience with superfluous nonsensical features, that only serve slow down the software and diminish the overall experience. I suppose this is the natural life cycle of a company who once basked in the glory of an almost complete market monopoly. Edit to say: Reply to Stars With out having to think about it, off the top of my head, 2 features that are superfluous and slow the app down are throwables and badges.

Nextgen app is a disaster. Zerostars The previous was pretty good. This new mobile app is abysmal. How has it lasted this long without getting killed off. It's awful. Not intuitive and just clunky. Can't tell anything when you're in a tournament. And can't find or filter anything. I would have used the app religiously before. Now, I use desktop. Sort it out zerostars!

Set up an account to play in a local tournament with friends. Verified and played for a few weeks then one day logged on to play and my account was frozen. No explanation. Sent at least 4 emails since 22nd of Feb and radio silence just an automatic email saying wait 24hrs for a reply. It is incredibly frustrating. I know it has happened to other men in the group I played with. Avoid this site as their support is non existent. Push,all,in444 was my account as I see support asking here for names

Used to work fine but has been rubbish the past few weeks. The app doesn't work, freezes constantly, unusable at present.
