This app was really good when it worked... If you want to monitor an Apple product that takes all updates, don't waste you're time with this app because they can't keep up with Apple's security coding... I'm over a month now they have not been able to update me

I bought this for my daughter. Thing I was most excited about was the tracking feature. It dosent work also the messages are only updated each night when the phone syncs with I cloud total waste of money

In the 8 months I have had this app, it has yet to work correctly. I just logged in again and it is still showing my son's "most recent" text and calls being in March....it is currently October. I have repeatedly contacted the company for assistance and/or to give me my money back but they have done neither. I was scammed. Dont be scammed too.

Product doesn't work because to get it to sync you to perform need 2 party authentication. To do this you need to have the device in your hand. Which defeats the purpose of the product. On top of that their only fix was to disable the security settings on your phone. Not really acceptable in this day and age. Update. PUMPIC has advised me that they will not honor refunds because it is my choice to have security on my daughter's phone. So to use this product you need to reduce your security on your loved ones phone. I would never recommend this product to anyone. They are a scam artist masquerading as a security service. Save your money. This product is garbage.

The service works great, IF you do what is needed and have at least moderate technical skills. People complaining haven't taken the time to fully understand what it is they need to do to get full features of this service. It's going to take you several hours of hacking your phone. If that's not for you than use another service. After rooting my phone the service is pulling all data as expected. Only improvement would be able to see all full feature data from this app (some has to be via web). **UPDATE 3 Months Later - 2 stars** After using for 3 months this service does not work fully as intended after all. They were never able to get MMS files to show in the system. SMS worked fine but no pictures or even the reference to a pic being sent. That frankly is kind of the point of an app like this with a teenage user. I opened multiple tickets with them and they were prompt and courteous in their responses but nothing was ever fixed. Other features did work like calls, browser, gps, instagram. Also, the claim that you can view Snapchat IMO is false. Snapchat will not install on a rooted device, it knows somehow.

This app and the service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT PURCHASE THE PUMPIC SERVICE. They have written the terms of service so that it is impossible to get a refund. They require that you submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase AND you must be having technical issues in order for your request to be accepted. They require that you go through the technical support department first and see if they can fix your issue before you get a refund. I purchaded this app on Friday, April 21st, and by Sunday, April 23rd, I was already having problems. The app crashes and freezes constantly. I submitted a request to get a refund and was told by tech support to uninstall and reinstall the app. When I informed them this did not fix my problem and I wanted a refund, they were dismissive and told me to use my web browser to access the controls. I have requested a refund and been denied, even though I am having technical issues and I am within my 14 day refund period. I was told that my refund could not be granted because the app is provided free of charge and since the service is working and that is what I paid for, I cannot get my money back. I am having technical issues that have not been solved, and they refuse to give me a refubd. This is completely unacceptable. I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel this charge immediately since my refund is not being issued. I will also be looking at how to file a complaint against this company and service, and be reaching out to the Pumpic executives until I receive my money back. Do not purchase this service. It is basically a scam to get you to pay money that they won't give back to you.
