I generally like the application. Though there are a few moments that still make me sad. I have backed up my photos - a few thousands, now I want to restore some of them. I go to the restore, select folder with photos and it's hanging seemingly forever, I stopped waiting after a minute. There should be some lazy loading or pagination or something like this. Another thing. I try to download backed up file with size 1Gb. App tells me "restoring file" but nothing happens. I waited 15 minutes - 0%

Update: Have been a subscriber for years. Reliable but often slow. One complaint: Unlike Samsung's cloud (now Microsoft OneDrive) I can't delete backed up files on my phone or computer to save device space because it will be deleted in my IDrive account - maybe??? IDrive does an excellent job with backups but I I think that I must keep files on all my devices as well.

app is super slow to backup, takes days to finish one. they need better utilization of upload protocols, I have a 1Gbps down and 200Mbps upload connection , the app is slow and needs to be redone. there isn't any app or battery restrictions.

Love the app and program... Very functional, lots of options, not terribly technical... One data access problem was resolved immediately by customer service as a simple log out/log in on a device... Spectacular!

"waiting to upload" -- this is what get almost all the time despite being plugged in, on wifi, etc. I've been trying to backup my phone for 3 weeks now and not made much progress. The app is running in the background at all times but hardly anything actually uploads. The corresponding app on my laptop works well enough. I don't know what the issue is with the phone app. It's frustrating because I like the service overall.

Got account cancelled without any notice, it was an ok app cloud storage, but for the suddenly cancellation, i would not recommend the app or even try to do business with them, there are other apps that offer premium data and they give you 60 days to renew or downgrade your storage, not to the point to cancel your account! I would not recommend this app! Bad experience, poor customer service!
