Wouldn't stop recording videos, and generally is slow and unresponsive. I didn't have any crashes, but I thought it was going to a few times. The actual uploading of videos was fine, but basically everything else was awful. They should have paid for better programmers.

Terrible experience with this app and it's customer service team. Crashes constantly, won't load video, won't allow to stop recording the video or just freeze. I am forced to use this terrible app and hope these people stop creating anything else.

Easy to start videos but impossible to stop taking a video - i will cancel an insurance policy before using this app again. Poor app design leads to a lot of wasted time - worst android app i have used

This app does not work. Can"t sign in or get support. It freezes up. I would give 0 stars if i could

Flyreel is a newer start-up company still in the process of developing this "Property Assistant" App. The Property Assistant App is a good concept, but seems to be a "work-in-progress" that is still being developed. I recently received an email from Flyreel and/or State Auto Insurance Co. informing me I had to submit undisclosed personal property documentation through the Personal Assistant for Android App for insurance validation and coverage with our recent State-Auto insurance policy. I had to start this insurance validation process by first installing Property Assistant from the Google Play Store on my Samsung S8 Smartphone which has all of the current and latest ISP provider s/w patches and Android operating system. I logged into the Play Store successfully, however experienced concerns completing the Property Assistant App install. The Google Play Store says I "installed" Property Manager, but my Android smartphone Apps listing does not show any installed software for Flyreel, Property Assistant, nor the State-Auto custom App. The Google Play webpage for Property Assistant then says this App will be installed later. As a result, I erased the Google Play Store Cache and Data stored on my smartphone and then re-booted the Android Smartphone. I tried to reinstall the Property Assistant App through the Google Play Store, which failed again with the same same Google Play error that says I "installed" the Property Assistant App, but the still does not appear in the system list of installed Apps. I again received the Google Play Store error message the App would be installed later. It seems Flywheel's support staff are not familiar with this software install problem and they suggested I contact Google Play Store for help resolving "Property Assistant" install concerns. The Google Play Store says I should contact the Flywheel webpage developers about this concern. I wonder if Flyreel needs to take a 2nd look at how their Play Store webpage code reacts when a Property Assistant install attempts fail and may need Flywheel staff to manually reset the App's Play Store settings for the User.

Wasted hours trying to get videos uploaded. Now deleting app and reloading. And repeating wasted efforts. If could give a negative rating, I would.
