Dam thing rarely works. Half My dig test don't go through and when you submit the test it doesnt give you a ticket number. You have to wait for the email. So if you dont get the email then you have no way of doing anything and you have to just resubmit it.

Still needs work if he use the auto-fill feature on entering a ticket then it cause an error and won't submit the ticket you have to go back in and manually enter everything so the auto-fill feature is kind of useless
