Very poor app. It doesn't work , even you can't register on it . Very poor performance by avvnl and app developer. Please don't install the app instead use the avvnl site, this app has no use. It is even not eligible to 1 star rating.

Not able to register, it says "internet connection speed is too slow", just so you know, I can play 1080p video on YouTube without buffering with my internet connection

Doesn't work. No one is able to download bill. It's not account specific so don't ask K number. It says my internet is slow whereas the app doesn't work. Can't download current bill/previous bills.

It falsely claimed that problem is resolved after few min. It's useless. Avvnl is worst service provider.

Worst application, I raised complaint and it was mark resolved. When I asked why closed they said " complaint reason n mobile number" are not mentioned. I am confused now where one side I received complaint number through message, so how come they closed my complaint. Last 12 hours no power. Finally raised another complaint using IVR.
