After signing it it says "a verification code has been sent to your device" Oh yeah has it now? Which device? My phone? The tag device? And how has that supposed verification been sent? Did not receive any text or email, nothing. Stuck. Useless, user unfriendly app. Was any user testing ever performed before release this piece of failware?

Useless, in activity it just shows 'Plaza 1' or '1 -> 8A" ...the name of the toll road or bridge is missing!

You cannot log in to your account in the app. When you click on "having problems logging in", it directs you to the web site. What's the point of the app then?
