Using BlueStacks

Works ok for a while then about twice a year crashes and you get blank screenshots, very frustrating and not fit for purpose! Great when it works, but very inconsistent and can't rely on it.

I unpacked the package, read the manual, removed our digital ring bell and spent quite of time to install this piece, it would not complete the installation on the ANDROID phone, not old, not outdated, Samsung 6 Edge phone. I spent a few hours trying to research the internet and watch videos, all videos made in China and about 50% usable. Finally i installed it and gave it a good try. ... Video, good. 180 degree camera view was great. ... Audio sucks. It advertise 2 way audio, i got only 1 way working from phone to outside. The outside speaker on the new device was sounded like a wet then dried speaker, r.r.r.r.r.r.r. after each word, horrible. ... If a person outside talks to the device, you can't hear anything, you just have to read lips on the video. The whole intention of this device, in my opinion, is to ask a person who rings your bell the purpose of the visit... you can ask. BUT YOU CANT HEAR THE ANSWER! ... Customer service of the seller was OK in response time, but we did not want to spend anymore time exchanging this junk and loose another day of messing with it so we decided to return it.

Please read the following information carefully before upgrading:

1.After upgrading, you are required to reenter the user name and password when first logging in to the app. This is not required for subsequent upgrades. Registered users should continue to use the original user name to log in.

2.After upgrading, new user registration can be completed with just a valid email address. No user name is needed.

3.All user information and doorbell data will be transferred to the new cloud platform during the upgrade. This process will take one minute. Please wait.

4.The previously purchased cloud storage service will not be affected and can still be used after the upgrade.

5. The Favorites function of the old app will not be available for use. The content in Favorites will be automatically transferred to the album on your phone after the upgrade (during the upgrade, please give permission for the app to use the system album).

If you encounter any problem during the upgrade, please contact customer services directly via the Support button in the new app.
