About this app

Car Shock Sensor is a silent alarm for your car.
if someone hits or moves your car, this anti theft protection sends an email notification to the car owner with the current position of the vehicle.
If the car is moved continuously, the car owner will receive in a specified interval e-mail updates with the position of the car.

Configuration of Car Shock Sensor is easy:
- Enter a valid GMail e-mail address from where the notifications are sent
- Enter your GMail password
- Enter the e-mail of the recipient
- Specify the interval of the notifications
- Adjust the sensitivity
- Place your phone in the car
- Hit start button to activate the sensor

Features of Car Shock Sensor:
- Specify the interval of the notifications
- Adjust the sensitivity
- Get informed on parking damages or if car is stolen

NOTE: E-Mails are sent with a 10 sec delay, so you have enough time to stop the sensor (for example if you come back to your car).

ADDITIONAL NOTE:
- Latitude & Longitude position can only be sent, if GPS is enabled

ATTENTION:
To send automatically e-mails, Car Shock Sensor is using the standard Java Mail feature. The disadvantage of this is, that you have to enter the e-mail address and the password from the sender of the e-mails.
Don't worry. Your password is still secure. Car Shock Sensor is NOT interested in your password and never stores it at any time!!! It is just required for sending the e-mails.
