I do a lot of weight training and realised my core and abdominals were being neglected. I used this app the day after installing it, just as a reference point to try some new exercises, and have already recommended it to others. If there's a flaw, its not suggesting a "hold time" for the exercises (ie: Side Planks: How do i know how long to hold it for? I've never done them), however, its a minor flaw and not worth taking off a full star for it. I'll be incorporating the workouts into my gym routine now.
