What is the point of this app, just do not get it , I switched to a new phone and I can not register it , what happen to previous app at least I could register new phone this new app does app battery scan etc which is irrelevant ... will uninstall it and try to sort this by calling the bank directly 🤔 barclays what is wrong with you seems everything is so disconnected pull yourself together!

Worst app, I don't even understand the purpose of this application. I registered my one device few months ago, now i want to register bew device but there is no damn option to register another device. Claim process is so shaddy, I made a claim and then I couldn't check it's status ever. Big fraud I will say

cannot log in even though I'm copying and pasting the correct password from their own website, useless. UPDATE. I got an immediate response. you can't log in with your existing credentials, you need to make a new account. When you actually get in theres not much to see and if you need to claim you are rerouted to the external website which make me ask, whats the point if the app?

Utter waste of time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. App login not tied into website login. No integration with existing website setup. No review of current claims. Just a shonky "oh let me scan your phone" app. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is not insurance for gadgets or tech. Look deeper and you'll find that it only covers equipment that can store data - so all peripherals are out. In my case, my £300 Sony headphones are not covered. If you're going to put that in the T&Cs you should also put that in the title. This is not gadget and tech cover. Barclays provide an excellent service but they should not trust their brand to third parties like this lot.

This is so stupid, nothing really to do with your gadget insurance cos if you want to access this - the app activates a link and you are in your browser again on the website! This is mainly bloatware...... Should read all the info first b4 installation. My bad! Uninstalled within 5 min. Barclays - did not expect this from you!!
