I do love these bulbs. I have 4 in different rooms. To be able to create your own fade or scene is great and fun. Sometimes one of my bulbs is unable to be paired but remains on. Soothing colors and helps me sleep. Great for meditation and kids would love it. Easy to pair when installing. Wish there were more options for speed and fade settings.

Everything worked fine until today, when the app stopped finding all devices on both my phone and my wife's. After struggling to log back in, thinking a quick log out would sort it, when I finally got back on it still doesn't display any of my devices/rooms, and it won't let me add devices either - I get an error message saying to contact adminstrator for family permissions... I have the only account, how can it not be the adminstrator all of a sudden?

The last few patches have improved functionality a great deal. Now you can add groups as an administrator and you don't have to exit all the way out to get things done. Product is being better and better! The continuing updates are great and I hope for more!

It never works! It spend a minute or two trying to connect to say the server are busy to them fail to link to Alexa accounts to then take 30 minutes to set a simple bulb up which turns out I was doing it right all along but the app only works when it wants to. Very useless app and a bad brand, one I will avoid in the future.

Love it.all I've gotta do now is set it up to my alexa to go from normal to any shade I want to set to loads ov custom settings. Pre-programmed modes that you can alter with easy, reset no prob. Ordered two more, one for hall, one for bedroom. 5 stars. "/Miguel but you are wrong. Second thing I did was set it to my alexa if I'm out can remotely activate any mode custom setting anywhere I have a WiFi signal. Total voice control.

It was a little hard to sync at first, but that's because I used a 3 way dimmer lamp #oops. Also the default names of the 2 smartbulbs I got were super long & hard to distinguish. But overall these are a decent value. All the settings are manipulatable. The presets could be more robust and it would be nice to be able to dim them, but I made my own after a little practice. Please get with Google and Samsung so I can find your brand bulbs in my Google Home and Samsung SmartThings apps.
