The worst app and the worst mobile service I've ever seen, delaying in top up and in activating packages will eventually make you loose your money for nothing, and it's happening each month! not to mention that the app doesn't support English language which is strugle by itself. I hope we can have the option to rate with less than one star because this app deserve -5 ⭐

I completely hate the app not having an English option. But it is at least intuitive to navigate through and do what is needed.

security codes without designating different numbers for authentication is a nightmare for elder People. either change it or tell me how to recover these settings in your new app, Play. gosh. wasted many minutes explaining how to resolve it through SMS code with member of my family.

It is unbelievable in this day and age of high tech and the Internet that a major company like Play would offer an app only suitable for speakers of Polish. I will be changing my sim card.
