Was working fine until update. App will not update guests/vendors etc. Contacted support and they wrote back saying download new. Did that still same issue. I have and Android LG G8. Same issue with another phone. Support from this company is useless and non-existent. We are forced to use this app owing to HOA.

The app does what it's meant to do in the most basic way possible but there's so much to improve. Please add the ability to save login and password and support Google Smart Lock. Having to login every single time is convenient. Please also add push notifications support. Update: The app has been updated a few times since my review. Push notifications now work, as well as saving login credentials. The user interface could still use a lot of love but the app is in an acceptable state now.

unable to get text notification on Android phone. Updated review: After discussing the issue of text notification for Android phones, the tech team at Gate Sentry worked hard to fix the problem. Working well now. Would like to give 5 stars but still unable to eliminate the useless vendors on the list. I would like my own vendors and also room to add notes for the vendors such as employees names, some phone numbers and other contact info. Hope the next upgrade improves. I like this app!

App. made to log guest into a facility but you can't look up a guest by the guest name ! The App. shuts itself down & reloads more than once a day with a line of Angry guest waiting to enter. every picture of a Vendor Employees DL can be seen by any Facility that uses Sentry. 9/7/19 GATE SENTRY IS WORSE NOW THAN IT WAS 8 MONTHS AGO. AND THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR THE WRONG APP. Type in and Address and screen turns black and shuts itself down then reloads. Not enough room for ALL its issues
