The app alone is a fantastic idea, but the customer support is exemplary. My daughter started at a new school and I was having issues getting in to the app because the school put in the wrong info on my file and it was fixed immediately and with friendly service. They took the time to see what the issue was and made sure it was resolved.

Great and easy. Only thing is when I make the announcement its for 1 kid cause daughter gets out later. Maybe find a way for both kids get announced at same time. But works great

We just returned to on-campus schooling and this was one of the new implementations due to COVID. It has worked incredibly efficiently for us and the App is extremely easy to use. During registration, we had a small issue with my husband's account. Kylie Hartwig, a Customer Success Associate, reached out within minutes and had everything fixed.
