Not able to open beyond homepage. Pls do not provide an app for just namesake. Pls refer the reviews and do the needful.

1. Need improvement with the file upload. Should allow to attach files that are in the galary. 2. Photo taken using this app exceeds 500kb required by the app. Hence unable to use this feature. 3. Name, phone number, emailid, address should be clearly said whether it is related to victim or other party.

Worst application! Couldn't registered any complaints! It shows that the description at least 6 words even though there are 1000 words!

Dirty and worst e crime. Not user friendly. Citizen is treated like an accused. Every time login all personal details. No provision of knowing what is the complaint content. System does not have provision to provide list of online complaints status list generation, several times system hangs. That means IP address blocking ?. Just like login provisions to police, let the complainant also have provision for logins. Especially for advocates. R. Prakash. Advocate. High courts.

About this app

The citizens can download the app and access the following six services through their mobile, namely
1. Register Online Complaints
2. Know the Status of Registered Complaints
3. Know the Status of the FIR of their interest
4. Know the Status of the CSR (Community Service Register)
5. Know the Status of the Vehicles
6. Know the Details of Arrested Persons

The citizen can run the application remotely from anywhere, any time using their Android mobile with a working network connectivity (data / wi-fi connection). The Mobile can be used for registering complaints online and also to know the status of the registered complaints at any point of time by providing required information. The status of the FIR and CSR can also be monitored using this Mobile App which is returned from CCTNS Back end system. Citizen can also find out whether the vehicle is a stolen vehicle or involved in any crime.
