March 26 update fix works great. Now the only things left are that the options don't toggle or respond. I can't seem to toggle duplex or single printing. Also a bunch of printers are found but not available to print to. More info as to why would be nice. Or just don't allow them to be found.

On Android 9 Pie, this app can only print from the device storage file. It reports an error or that it's unable to find the file if it's located in any subfile under device storage.

Documents won't load until I uninstall and reinstall the app. Happens every time. I wouldn't bother using it but my institution exclusively uses this app for printing.

My university uses this to print however i was trying to use it for the first time and it says that it is not compatible when trying to log in but clearly it states it supports android UP TO 9.0 I have 8.1. whats the issue???

It refuses to upload any files at all and its stressing me out because this is the only thing my college uses to print things and my printer ran out of ink and I have so many things to print for finals. Please fix this.
