This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Photo Hoarder on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

About this app

Finding and collecting your images so you don't have to waste your time.

Do you have more than one camera app?

Do you often have a hard time locating that picture you just know is on your phone somewhere?

This application is the answer to the whole "Now where did that picture go?" problem.

-Features
Puts all your images in one location.
Compresses your collected images.
Allows for sending compressed images.
Cleans thumbnail directory to free disk space.
Does not require root.

Further Details:
This application will search your SDCard and External SDCard for the image types you select. Once it finds the specified image types it will gather them into one directory as a "hoard". ("/sdcard/PhotoHoarder/YourPics")From there the collection of images may be compressed and then sent to a desired location. Email is the best method for sending the image "hoard", but keep in mind limitations on attachment sizes may prevent the delivery of the email with large hoard attachments.

Explanation for permissions:
-Storage (modify/delete SD card contents)
Required to operate on android 1.5 systems. This application also requires this permission to store the collected images in a directory on your SD card.
-Phone Calls (read phone state and identity)
Required to operate on android 1.5 systems. This application does not actually access your phone calls or information in any manner.
