I just spent £90 on a second device but this app won't let me add another device! A message tells me they've disable the ability to add extra devices! Their alternative app doesn't work so I've had to return the second device. It's a great pity, since this app actually works really quite well with my original cat feeder and it would have been great to add second feeder.

I've always been able to set up the app by configuring my device as a new one. HOWEVER, this option was just removed! I'm told to download a new version (I tried and get a file which doesnt work) which blocks the "Add a new device" option. Please put it back as it was! I cannot set the machine to my WiFi at all, it is completely useless!

The app is not the best app but has been working at its bare minimum - i.e. can do manual feed and log in until lately. I have been receiving error feed when logged in but no notification. The error log doesn't tell me which feed and how much feeds were failed. Now I can't even log in and a message on the bottom says phone is not connected to the network.

This worked great until they did an "update", now it says the device is offline. Was the update just to make us buy a new product? At this point, it would surprise me since they apparently haven't tried to fix the issue or paid any attention to all the negative reviews.

Can't use. Have just swapped Internet providers and now can't connect my feeder as ap won't let add device or even log in now. Customer service is rubbish telling me how to log in, its not that I don't know, something is wrong with the ap

Used for a year and now the app is not usable. Just like the other users here - cannot login anymore. I'm confused as to what to do with the feeder now... Should I wait until this is fixed? It's been offline for over a week now. My cat at home needs to eat when I'm not home.
