This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing eOffice Perumnas on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

E-Office adalah aplikasi persuratan yang dikembangkan secara InHouse oleh Divisi Teknologi Informasi yang merupakan digitalisasi proses tata persuratan yang sudah berjalan selama ini dengan cetak kertas. Semua proses persuratan diharapkan tidak dilakukan lagi secara manual sehingga memiliki Salinan dalam bentuk digital yang dapat mengefisiensi proses dan biaya. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, seluruh surat masuk eksternal Kantor Pusat akan diterima, disalin dalam bentuk digital yang kemudian akan didistribusikan ke masing-masing penerima oleh Sekretaris Perusahaan. Surat masuk ekternal yang ditujukan ke Proyek/Bisnis Unit diterima, disalin dalam bentuk digital dan didistribusikan ke masing-masing penerima oleh PIC masing-masing Proyek/Bisnis Unit.

e-Office lalu dikembangkan dengan dilengkapi fitur pembuatan NP3D, TMS (Task Monitoring System) yang akan terintegrasi dengan HCIS, Pelaporan Pelanggaran (whistle-blowing system) serta Pelaporan Gratifikasi, hingga proses pengesahan KHS BRP.
