It can be compared with a GPS system, but slightly modified to adapt to humans. The user needs to install the app on their phone and the Geo tagging will register the location of the person. The location data is protected with an account credentials so it safe for use. The app uses your cellular network. Even if the connection is interrupted, the app will continue to track and data is saved in device storage. When a connection resumes, data are then uploaded. After that, your Geo location is shown up-to-date. It is developed by Department of IT, government of Manipur in collaboration with Globizs Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
