I just don't know why a simple scanning apps need to be given permission to my location,my contact before I am able to use it.(after all I have paid for the scanning device and app is just an interface) It feel too creepy and unsettling to feel that you are constantly being monitored by this app and loose a lot of what you value such as privacy and choice.

Hi Support, thanks for your advice, my pen scanner is able to work again and it scans perfectly although not all the words scan correctly but it has saved my time in daily tasks for data input. I would like to point out some character always have problem for example: (1) 昕→听 (2) 怡→恰 (3) 晴→睛 (4)芊→芋 , etc... anyway there is nothing scanner so far is better than this one World Pen Scan X. By the way, can you advise how can I connect this scanner to window 10 wirelessly?

it needs location service enabled to search BLE devices. it's not concluded in the instruction of the App. changing IME frequently is awful, hope it can have some changes. other function is fantastic.

It's not connecting .. It's showing incorrect passkey if i enter 1234 in my device ..my device is OnePlus 6 It connects to other devices without any problem but its not connecting to my device...plz help

Have had the WorldPenScan X for a couple of years. The translator works great, if you type it in to the app. But the pen that came with it has never worked consistently or well. It would pick up a letter or two, but not much more. Now the app doesn't even find the pen when trying to sync up via BT. Great idea but has a lot of kinks to work out.
