My phone automatically updates, and now when I go to run pc matic, It tells me their is no more room for other devices. Either get this straight or refund my money. Why don't you have a way to send a screen shot, so I can prove what I'm saying? I turned my phone's automatic updates off, I need an update, but know as soon had it updates , I'll have the same problem "no more license available" so I turned them off to keep from going around in circles, kicks the cookie out you had in before.

All I get is one screen saying ready to scan I've scanned but still have problems with speed etc. On my cell phone. I contacted them. They said uninstall and reinstall. Nothing has changed almost worst especially today.

User for about 5yrs. A/O 9am 10/14/20 I tried to scan phone. Recvd error msg of 50 lines of indeciferable code except one that said " sorry something went wrong ". Real deep. Same message on all android devices. Does not even load to scan on any of my windows devices ... W7 .. another indecipherable message about a null something or other. Again unhelpful. No info on net, no info on site. To be more explicit than your messages so far, WHAT'S UP?

PCMatic was unable to fix a simple adware issue. It was like they had canned answers and I could not get them to actively work the problem.

The absolute BEST anti-virus available today! We used McAffee, but had to deal with attacks almost daily. We had Norton for about 10 years, but found problems increasing...repeated software errors, false positives, and a series of infections that managed to get past it. We tried PC Matic in one desktop in 2016 & were so impressed, by 2017 ALL our PCs & cell phones were switched. PC Matic operates so transparently, I have to check occasionally to be sure its on-which it always is! The BEST!!
