The app itself is decent, bit basic. It's a bit underwhelming without may features. My biggest issues are: 1. Can't turn off the alarm on the watch without the app, hold for 5 seconds as it says & it temporarily stops the alarm, but both 1 and 5 seconds are snooze. Need to hit stop of the app. If Bluetooth is off, good luck! 2. And this is huge, connecting via Bluetooth is a nightmare, it's so finicky, if it works at all. I've totally ditched the Pavlok 2 now, and wish I never bought the 3.

The pavlok device was crucial in beating my habit of constantly talking down to myself I was actually surprised how fast the device worked on getting me to quit the habit. The only way it works is if you are honest with yourself when using it as designed. I am tackling my next habit and will add to the review upon completion, thanks pavlok!

The app is too unreliable, I'm going to have to return the device. App worked OK for a day, now constantly crashes on startup. Fixed by clearing app data, which forgets some settings. When it is working, navigation is confusing. It mixes a tab-based navigation with a home-button navigation, making many features hard to find. The "routine" feature is completely broken, as far as I can tell. Does provide the basic functionality to configure the button and alarm, at least when it's not crashing.

Really think this would be a great product. Still waiting on bug fixes. I just bought pavlok 2. Hoping they don't spend all their time fixing pavlok 3, as mine is brand new. If I had known there was a newer version, I would have purchased that instead. Talked to developers a few days ago about the bugs. Hoping the fix isn't far behind. Will re-rate if/when fully functional.

I had the original Pavlok, which I loved, but it was inconsistent. Just got the Pavlok 3 AND I'm super ready to make changes in my life. The aversion application is amazing. I love to de-stress at night with chips while watching tv. Try zoning out when you're being zapped every 10 seconds. Highly effective! I'm also using it to wake up earlier. Love the app, the support team is very engaged, fun and informative FB group, just an all-round great community.

Just got my Pavlok delivered today, so I will try and update this review when I have used it a little more. It arrived faster than I expected, and I was able to set it up pretty easily, no bluetooth difficulties so far, like some of the other reviewers seem to have experienced, it beeps and zaps and buzzes like it's supposed to.
