Uses for many years and now on an android phone. Phone updated to latest android version and now all the passwords (over 300 by now) have all disappeared. App refused to load backup or even save manually added passwords. Review now updated as the PassDiary team quickly responded to my query and fixed the issue. All passwords now back - awesome!

Utter rubbish, lost all my passwords suddenly and without any notice. Yes I should have backed up the passwords but the absolute basic requirement of an app like this is that it doesn't suddenly lose all you passwords. it has caused no end of issues as now I can't login to certain important systems. Don't waste you money, there are better, more reliable apps to do this... and the support for the app is equally rubbish. only gave it 1 star as I had to put something before it would let me review

I am using passdiary from many years. I accidentally deleted my 200+ passwords by clearing app data. I have taken password back up using backup utility as suggested previously. Support team replied fast to my query and I was able to import backup. My all passwords are available now. Happy with the application.

I have used Passdiary for some years. This morning I have opened the app only to find that all of the entries have disappeared. I now find myself on an unclear situation? Has security been breached? Am I at risk? Do I need to immediately change all of my passwords??? Massive task. I already changed passwords on the most critical sites... extremely inconvenient.... unacceptable.... next task - uninstall Passdiary...

I have exactly the same issue as Matthew. Having used this app for years with no issue I have opened it today to find it empty. The app details shows storage being used but I can't access the data. Not acceptable
