I cant ever use this app. Which is stupid bc i need it to be able to have guest parking without being towed. Why force us to use this when it doesnt even work? I fill out the form completely, it says its incomplete. It tells me to use the web version on my phone, theres no submit button to complete the process after inputting my info. I literally have to bring my laptop to login online. Poor layout and badly designed.

This app looks to be the result of a broken procurent process, there's no reason for it be as broken as it is. It simply doesn't work. I wouldn't voluntarily park at a lot that uses this app.

App cannot remember your login information, which makes it a massive pain to keep your car from getting towed
