Need more options in complaint type, apart from refusal n overcharge.

It does exactly what it's meant to do: send a pre-formatted SMS to a Bangalore number to report autorickshaw overcharging and refusal. It's severely plain, with no user elegance or ease of use in mind. For example use of GPS to auto-detect location could be useful, as could selecting localities from a drop down. It has a couple of minor issues, like truncating zeros in reporting time (8:04 became 8:4), and auto registration number must be all uppercase otherwise it's not recognized by the backend.
