When the app works it's fantastic. Unfortunately it doesn't consistently work because it is difficult to obtain a BT connection. I have literally tried over 10 times to connect (including clearing cache, turning BT and location on and off, and even rebooting my phone). The BT wasn't connecting with my old Moto Z 3 and it is not consistently working with my brand new Samsung S20 FE GW which tells me this is an app issue and not specific to my hardware. Please developers fix this!

Ok I really like the app. I also love my scale and I also LOVE my eliptical but I feel like the app is kinda hard to navigate and trying to get to the subscription page took more than one try. But I'm here for it and am going to commit to mycloudfitness for the length of my weight loss journey. I've got 18lbs of fat to lose and a whole lot of mm to gain. So wish me luck and thanks mycloudfitness

I'd started with one star based on my initial observation that there is no option to connect their Exerpeutic Bluetooth Under Desk Elliptical Cross Trainer with Extendable Chair Hook. Its now 2 stars because of the horrible onboarding experience, this app is a crock and all the paid features are in your way preventing you from actually doing the training and connecting the device. The quick Start only takes about 15 steps including a forced login (I'd hate to see the slow start option)

Does not often. Worked twice and then I havent been able to connect. I am going to track on my phone until I can find an app. The rowing machine is great, the app sucks!

It crashes often. It is the only app that comes with the bike and it's quite useful when it works. Many times it doesn't link to the bike on the first attempts. Most annoying for me is that it drops while using the bike and I don't notice until I've been riding for 10 minutes. There is no option to enter in the information manually, so I have to start over and "lose" the session. Great for forcing you to excercise more, but annoying when you're trying to monitor progress consistently.

It keeps telling me "timed out" when I try to sign in. I've uninstalled this app twice now and it's still telling me the same thing.
