Once again, Very poor service. The VPN has been out for over 1 week. I have contacted customer service, and the only placate the request. I call again, and they state "were working on the issue " and they state they will "get back to me" and they never call back. When my subscription expires, I will be leaving as there are other options, and apparently Panda Security does not care about customer service.

It doesnt come on immediately when I turn my phone on. It only takes a second for an intruder to pass thru. Thinking of deleting. I need one that's on. What do you have to say about this Panda? Work from the get-go. Or lose members because of it? Update-9/17/20: my phone hasn't had the dome on it for an hour now. I've watched at notifications, as well as changing over to another app and only turned on when I just now tapped onto play store reviews to write this. For an hour, panda dome gone.🤔

Bad experience it's doesn't work on my Samsung galaxy j2 prime .I paid for premium version panda dome advanced.But after 40% scanning its stop not scan complete and I think it's not even detected any virus in phone very bad apps.

I have been using this security app for year's and never had a problem until recently! Now it won't do a full scan! it seems to hold at 81-84% on both my phone and tablet, it will say it's still scanning in the background, unless I turn the device off, no threats found, and as I actually paid for this and now it's classed as free, not happy!

The app performs a scan quite nicely and seems to be pretty good. Only 3 stars as I am getting very frustrated simply trying to register product. I did the upgrade and it worked but my phone had other issues so I did a factory reset and now seem unable to upgrade to pro without buying it again Registration side of things serms pretty clunky and I cand find any help other than forums which I never understand.

5 months later and a complete phone change, I've got premium until October but as soon as I install this app, all my calls start going straight to voicemail. changing call blocker settings does nothing. once subscription is gone, I will never be signing up again. I tried contacting tech support who said factory reset did this and have had new phone but still isn't fixed (Android Pie) I've given up :( moved on... and wasted my money
