i tried to buy the hotspot but the apps not working so i retries several times because it say REQUEST FAILED. i tried to uninstall and reinstall it back but suddenly there 9 messages saying that i already purchased 9gb hotspot which means that i need to pay rm135 for 9gb hotspot. what on earth is this?! i cant even cancel it!! it's your company's fault so why im the one who need to pay for it?!!!

When u make a payment thru this app, after get sms tac, u can't put this app on background because it will reset to Unifi page. How can I know the tac number? I need to open the sms application to verify the tac. Worse apps.. Please improve the payment process flow..

Speed very slow...when your reduce your package price from 99 to 59...are u also reduce your internet speed or is there any speed cap for utube ,fb n etc... How come 4g+ coverage speedtest around 20 to 40mbps always buffering....at the past i rarely experienced buffering or slow speed problem....

I change to unifi air for 1 week , strong signal when in tasted, after that become worst day by day.... Subscribe to 20mb high-speed, but Internet speed keep very slow when 7pm -12am, speed test only show 0. 5-2mb, when download 1 mb needed to take more than 10mins.... Can i request for the cancellation??
