3 days in with one system and waiting for another. Not getting notifications and uniden said after ringing they would look into it and let me know within 24hrs. Might be an issue with the app they said. Today I can't even connect to my camera. Not looking forward to new system if it arrives and is similar

Got new phone and could not find the old app that I used. The new app is terrible and can not get cameras to work correctly. What is going on? Says signal is poor. Funny it worked on previous phone.

It kills the speed on newer phones, too. I think it's absolutely ridiculous to be constantly running in the background to a point where it causes lag and overheating. get bent and screw your camera system.

Am happy. It did not connect to camera due to phone update. Solved it by changing settings so that app would run in full-screen. (Even though the advice was that the app may not operate properly in full-screen). Have Samsung S9+. Go to DISPLAY->FULL SCREEN APPS ->Uniden and allow Full-screen. After that, the cameras connected with the phone. All good. It's not perfect but it is good.

Horrible software. The previous version was 100% better. The new apps are horrible. Uniden did not even respond at all after I used their request system. I might as well go to another vendor with better camera and software. I gues this how they get rid of old camera and software from there lines up. It is ashame because their camera is very good and associated software was good. I am the next company to be responsive. Bye, bye uniden.

Horrible, have been trying to use the app for the past year without success. Opened a case with uniden , waited 2 months to find out it still does not work with my new phone and my wife's original phone. Worked well for about 2 years and now nothing. Have to buy new system.
