Well it does not freeze anymore. Instead I get blank screens when I go to log into the forum or try to give a meter reading and am still getting the message to increase DD even though I am in credit. You really do need to sort the app out.

Been with OVO for a couple of weeks, but so far the communications have been great with through the online chat and on the phone 👍, they dealt with my issues promptly. Just finding my way round the app which seems better than my previous supplier.
