This is a great idea but the app needs a lot of work. Guys, no one wants to switch between their audio and their cable box remotes on an app. Go buy a Logitech Harmony and see how they do it. They ask you how you use your system, what controls the volume? What controls the channel change? Add another remote called universal and let us build a remote with existing buttons from existing devices. Or, let us simply choose what to control the volume with when on a set top box!! Super easy fix. Ty.

Registering email was a pain, email code received after 60 sec time out. Then when finally did it said error but it registered email. I've been trying to make it work with Google for 2 days, first it wouldn't take registration. Then it said it added the app but there is no devices found, but the device is recognized in the app I even have scenes working. Don't let me get started with the scenes, the execution time instead of adding seconds automatically you have to select 1,2,3 etc. It's... Bad

Many misspellings and grammar problems. Time between pressing a button and command reaching the infrared transmitter is 1 second or more. There is no buffering of button presses. There's a sort of macro function. However, the MINIMUM time between macro steps is 1 second. Also, CANNOT specify the same button more than once in a macro. (Example vol-, vol-, vol- cannot be done.) So, basically useless.

Newest issue, you apparently NEED internet access for the remote to function. My cable service (xfrigginfinity) is out again. Can't even watch a bluray, everything reads as "offline". When it works, it does OK. Needs a hold/continuous function with a remote. For example, the volume control on my amplifier. Holding the button just bumps it up one notch, original remote will increase volume continuously. Also, the command lag and excessive "timeouts" are painfully annoying.

Difficile de créer certains appareils et des boutons pertinents. Many misspellings and grammar problems. Same problem in French. Should have "long press" feature to do a hold/continuous function with a remote. Let us add another remote called "universal" and let us build a remote with existing buttons from existing devices Or provide different buttons configurations like "volume", "up/down", "channel number", etc. so we can fill the missing features.

So I got one of these for a security camera and it worked great. So then I bought a 4 pack and figure I'd add some lights or something later. I set up the 1st one and deleted the original one because it's for a different location and no longer needed. I set up the 2nd one and it worked fine. I went to setup the 3rd one and it connectes to the network, then says it's finished and I click done. No other option is listed to add it to a room or rename it. On my rooms there is still only 2 sockets listed. How do I add the other 2? I am using the smart socket S20 US. Also, I read an earlier review saying the other app is no longer available. Now I thought it was maybe the app needed an update, but the updated version doesn't support the S20 at all. UPDATE: I spoke to the manufacturer and they said to use the S25 US setting in the app. That worked and my sockets are all working in one app. Very quick response from the manufacturer also. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
